To put your minds at ease: these aren’t pitbulls, they look to be Staffordshire terriers or American bullies (can’t quite tell) but any dog will be aggressive if not trained or kept correctly. Secondly, dogs DO NOT naturally eat humans. The fact they were resource guarding her indicates extreme starvation or aggression issues caused by lack of proper care. One or two things happened: they were neglected and starving, or there was misdirected aggression due to abuse or infighting and the sitter happened to be caught in the middle. This stuff does not just randomly occur with normal, healthy dogs
