This!!!! I lost my mum in January. I just want to cry every single day. I’m really struggling yet have to act like everything is ok to my children my husband etc. I’m exhausted and struggling beyond belief yet you would have no idea

Yeah I feel this, I was at sports day in the afternoon then sat with my dad in the hospice in the evening then up again in the morning for school run. We carry on for the kids 💕

Yes! I lost my oldest son he was only 22, it has only been a month yesterday. And it’s so hard. I have 4 other children and they need me. I have to still try and keep it together all while my heart is so broken and I just want to cry . I miss my Eric so much. My first baby, my first love. I’m trying so hard

No one can imagine the pain you are in, but your other kid/s need Mom even more now. It does not help you process your own grief, but maybe it can stave off some of the worst of it for a few hours a day. Prayers, love and compassion to you and your family.

I feel you. I’m grieving the loss of my dad while raising a 7 year old, being and elementary teacher, and owning a food truck with my husband. I think one of the hardest parts is being so busy makes it feel like time is going by so fast without him. How can we just keep going when such a huge piece is missing? I guess we don’t have a choice and it all works out in the end. ❤️🩹

Using the word luxury and grieving in the same sentence is a little.. weird. You can say that grieving with littles at home is hard without comparing and making it sound like those not in that situation have it “easy”. I’m sorry for your loss though.

Yes.. loss my dad one year ago and life didn’t pause not once so I could grieve. Family still needed to be taken care of, work, bills, and life.
