I work for a large hospital and we have one on every floor for my area! If I had to guess we have 20+ rooms! We reserve using a shared outlook calendar, so there’s no questions of if you’ll have a space!! Clearly other places need to implement a similar process!!

What bra do you recommend for the Spectra? I have the same pump and not sure what bra to get. I’ve got my wearables and love them but, also use my spectra. Nice thing about my M5s is I can wear them while I’m working in the kitchen.

Girl! Bring extra bottles and change bottles during the pump so you don’t over fill and spill! I actually got bigger wide mouth bottles instead of the bottles that comes with the pump parts because pending how long I’d go in between pumps I’d pump more than 6-7oz at a time on my left side.

My old hospital had only two rooms to pump in and it was ALWAYS a fight. Ten floors and thousands of employees and only two rooms. 🥴 My new hospital is much smaller and we have one but our maternity department director is working to implement more.
