It isn’t a terrible way to do things. You do have to take into an account that their average salaries are also lower because of the additional burden. Additionally, our government was purposely designed to not do this, which makes implementing it in America very costly and inefficient.

Huge step is just having/being transparent on pricing I feel that will drive cost down on medication diagnostics and routine care. I feel like no one should make a fortune of the sick and needy but I do agree people need to make a living. Most clinicians are exhausted from lack of helping people and want to just practice medicine not business. And patients want to have meaningful consults to solve their issues.
