Bouillon Chartier isn’t the best quality, I prefer much more bouillon republique or bouillon Pigalle, it’s an other family, same price but the food is really good not such as Chartier

The real experience is not like in the video, does not feel “fancy”, it is super crowded and the meal is cheap, but has an acceptable cost-benefit rate

I’m not sure what the hype was, this experience was horrible and the food was bland and tasted like soap. Many other restaurants will give you the Parisian experience much better than crappy food and bad service
