I was a Corpsman with a reserve Marine unit, I was issued the wrong web gear and immediately turned Ed around to get the right one and they wouldn’t accept it saying it was dirty.

A trick we all use in the unit I was in…. O had a set of issue that o I kep perfect for inspection… I had a set for the field. The CIF issue stayed in the bags and was never touched. Ever. Never had an issue with CIF
