🍜 pho 🍲 absolutely! Want more protein with it add hard boiled egg! I love them!! Quick and easy . Not exactly the same flavor but i still love them and I’ve add some fresh cilantro, green onions, and Thai basil, and anise and it was a good umph to the pho flavor
