So I’m going into my secound cut, I’m wondering should I do less sets but keep the intensity? Cause I do 10-12 sets per muscle group twice a week to failure everytime, but would 9-10 sets be more optimal for retaining muscle growth and preventing injury due to recovery being worse on a diet?
