The boys at three years old know their bedtime is around 7 o’clock. They still have a nap around 12 to one. And we travel everywhere and going on cruises Disneyland, Six Flags, Universal Studios, the Aquarium they take another countries they have passports. I believe they’ve been on 10 cruises. And the schedule that I created works every time everywhere in any circumstance. And it’s not super difficult to keep.

I have a really amazing routine schedule that I started with my triplets at six months old that I created from diagrams I made from a lot of different triplet and multiple moms quads sex tablets that kind of thing and it was a huge game changer. If you want it, let me know and I’ll send it to you.
