hello doc. my heart rate goes quickly to 180 and comes back down to 80 at rest and it keeps doing this. i have already done glucose test and thyroid which was fine but what heart test to do u recommend can u list them all and also please recommend physical test

That is really great advice. I was waking up in the middle of the night with my heart racing and sweating. It turns out I was having panic attacks in my sleep.

Let me tell I been dealing with this for a year HR over 120 and shortness of breath. Done every test my stress test came back abnormal and my doctor told me I’m fine. I’m just over the 140 HR then drop to 70 back to 120.

Have you ever experienced someone getting IST from surgery? I was completely fine before my surgery ( endometriosis surgery) and about 14 hrs after I thought I was having a panic attack, it jolted me out of my sleep with a heart rate of 194. Thought it was my medication but it happened for two weeks especially at night. Finally a year later the cardiologist basically said he didn’t know why I had it as all my tests came back perfectly. It landed me in the ER twice for it.
