@raitryna: My investment strategy from when I was 18 to 26 really hasn’t changed all that much even though my income has changed dramatically. From $17 an hour to $100k in a single month!!! So crazy to see what is possible in just a few years but the main things that helped me reach a million dollar net worth in my twenties was: - consistently investing over a long period of time - focus on time in the market instead of trying to time the market - increasing my income every year - living beneath my means and getting/remaning debt free - not panic selling during down markets #PersonalFinance #financialliteracy #Budgeting #investing #payday
how come you don’t want to invest in real estate right now?

Bros said he doesn’t want to buy single company stocks anymore because it’s too risky but the other half of his investment is going to crypto 😂

First, congratulations, you’re absolutely killing it. I’d look into dropping your crypto investments, not to $0, but investing 50% of your savings into crypto, even with a fully stocked ES, it’s very very risky. i’m also a crypto hater so i’m bias on that haha. i’d also look into QQQM, lower expense ratio to QQQ.

I always wanted to invest in real estate when I was younger and then once I started making more I realized that I am better off using the time and resources I would use to buy/manage a property to instead focus on increasing and diversifying my income.

SPY and QQQ have a 50% overlap by weight. Owning both means you are not as diversified as you may think, as you are likely doubling down on the same top holdings (e.g., Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia). It’s not necessarily a bad thing but my rec is pick 1 or the other!

Go with $QQQM instead. Same thing as $QQQ but lower expense ratio for the long term holder
