i had a terrible experience. this was my 12th birthday present, my mom originally had balcony seats, but they said they had to “upgrade” us and put us in the top left corner. i couldn’t even see her, not even while standing on my seat, and when i tried to stand in the middle section, a staff member yelled at me, i was crying my eyes out in my seat. i’ve wanted to see her since i was 5
