Our online ordering system gives the customer a 30 minute time from when it’s placed for the order to be ready (generally doesn’t take that long but during peak lunch it can). Customers recently have tried to call in their orders from the parking lot to try to circumvent the 30 minutes. They always call during peak times and we do not have a dedicated phone person then get mad when we tell them 30 minutes. We do however have a dedicated online order associate and if they ordered online in the parking lot, so if they ordered online in the parking lot, it would most likely be ready in less than 15 minutes

Ppl think they are so sly 😆🤦♀️😂 But ive had to deal with this before when it is actually an IT issue with your system (no online orders were showing up) and you have to all of a sudden put a rush on the order and reboot the system 😖😭😆 lol.
