I felt the same way until I practiced it and it worked.. detachment is only required when desires have taken you as far as they could. So when detachment is asked of whoever. It’s bc the universe would like to take u on a hands on path made just for a select few. It’s not meant for you to stop wanting it’s meant for you to allow the universe to offer options that’s nearly invisible to the naked eye. You’ll only begin to see the complete route to your destination when the mind shifts from being destination oriented to complete trust in the universe. They way people pitch it is a little off. But this is the best way I can explain it.
