@jakeclaverqfop: XRP stays well positioned even if the Clarity Act passes first. The XRPL has on-chain amendments built for financial infrastructure and that does not change with legislation. What changes is the competitive landscape. Today XRP is the only viable settlement solution in this role. Post Clarity Act, other fast chains compete for the same position. A supply shock could still happen but probably not at the scale needed for XRP to function as a global settlement layer. The call stays the same.
