📍 Papi’s Pizzeria, Swansea 🍕 I’d been hearing rave reviews about Papi’s Pizzeria down in Swansea for months, so naturally, I had to see what the hype was all about - and wow, it more than delivered. Here’s what we ordered: • Garlic bread with mozzarella •	Mozzarella in carrozza •	Margherita pizza •	Vegetali pizza •	Biscoff dough balls •	Tiramisu Let’s start with the starters: The garlic bread with mozzarella was everything you want it to be - light, fluffy dough with just the right hit of garlic and a generous blanket of cheese. Then came the mozzarella in carrozza, aka golden-fried mozzarella heaven. These were insanely good - think epic cheese pulls and that perfect crisp-on-the-outside, melty-on-the-inside combo. Then came the main event - the pizzas. I’d heard their wood-fired pizza was legendary, and it did not disappoint. The Margherita was a classic done right, loaded with cheese and a tomato sauce that actually tasted fresh and full of depth (none of that bland, canned stuff). But the real winner for me was the Vegetali. Loaded with well-cooked veggies and - hallelujah - a proper amount of cheese. So many places skimp on the cheese when it comes to a veggie pizza , but not here. Every bite was balanced, flavourful, and moreish. By this point, I was fully converted but I couldn’t leave without trying the desserts. I’m a self-proclaimed tiramisu addict and let me tell you, this tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had. It was light yet rich and creamy. A total standout. The Biscoff dough balls also went down a treat - warm and soft accompanied by melted Biscoff to dip! They actually reminded me of fresh seaside doughnuts (in the best way). All in all, I’m seriously impressed. I totally get why people rave about this place - and honestly? I’d say it’s worth the trip to Swansea just for this pizza alone. Easily some of the best wood-fired pizza I’ve had in Wales. Bonus tip: after stuffing yourself silly like I did, take a stroll along the Mumbles 🌊 [invite] #food #Foodie #foodies #FoodLover #FoodTok #walesfood #waleseats #cardifffoodie #cardifffoodies #swanseaeats #swanseafood #swanseafoodguide #swanseafoodies #swanseafoodies #swanseaeats #swansearestaurant #pizza #woodfiredpizza #swanseapizza
