I saw recently the EPA was pulling back on coal ash disposal, was this coal plant in NC by any chance. Also when you see underwriting this how much debt can you raise against this I thought most coal plants are owned by utility on rate base if there’s a PPA assuming you can raise a good bit of debt but seems like the equity check would be quite expensive given it’s 100mw+ would be helpful to understand how coal plants are underwritten

What’s your take on fuel cells? Lots of demand driven by datacenters these days (illustrated by the Bloom Brookfield partnership), but expensive and requires a lot of maintenance - just a temporary gap fill or long term scalable solution?
