same 🫠 I thought by one year I’d feel completely back to normal but my body still felt off… a bit heavier, tired, not as balanced as before. it got frustrating cuz I felt like I should be “fine” by then. I tried different routines but nothing worked long term and I felt stuck. then a girl in a healing group talked about Eat Like A Woman Protocol written by Loren Green and I gave it a try. within weeks I felt lighter, more like myself again, dropped 30 lbs. honestly feels like hidden info.
