My lacrosse balls are arriving today. I can't wait to try this. My entire right leg has been acting up all week. My hip, my knee, my heel.😭
my knee is swollen this week. I'm not sure why? i turned 50 on March 1st, and it's like my body completely started shutting down.

OMG...my outer hip pain has been sooo awful and I had no idea why! I'm already doing reformer pilates including a lot of glute, ab, side muscle work, but I'm going to add these in. I'm in oestrogen gel, but no improvement 😕

Omg you’re a life savor. I have been dealing with lower back/ hip pain daily for the past 4 years. Not been to a doctor, but I’m 39, I never dreamed perimenopause could be part of it! I’ve been experiencing symptoms for the past 2 years, my back pain is significantly worse than it’s ever been and I’m like why now??? I’m not doing anything different than before when I was younger. I’m starting these exercises and stretches TODAY!

I wonder if my pains are stuck fascia. Or just lack of movement

It’s really not normal to have such pains. Please go get checked. I thought my hip pains were just due to perimenopause. Found out I have both my ovaries with hemorrhagic cysts. One the size of a volleyball and the other the size of a melon. Along with a uterus 4x the normal size, full of fibroids. All of this has been weighing down on my pelvis and causing me extreme pain and discomfort. It’s NOT always perimenopause. Please advocate for yourself and go get checked. Seriously, pain IS A SIGNAL TO GET HELP. Not an exercise and a comfy lie.

Can’t do the 2nd one pain to bad, most days I feel like taking a drill to it, I think that would fix it
