🌶️ Spicy Shut the F*ck Uplets If you’ve ever wanted chicken that’s crispy enough to make you question every frozen chicken tender you’ve ever eaten… this is it. 😂 I switched things up this time with Zarlengo’s Spicy Italian Seasoning and 4C Spicy Panko, and they were SO good. Gabby said they were “too spicy.” I said… more for me. 🤷‍♀️🔥 Recipe Ingredients * 2 chicken breasts * Garlic powder * Onion powder * Zarlengo’s Spicy Italian Seasoning * 1–2 eggs, beaten * 4C Spicy Panko Breadcrumbs * Flaky salt, for finishing Instructions 1. Slice the chicken breasts as thin as possible. 2. Pound them even thinner until they’re an even thickness. 3. Season both sides generously with garlic powder, onion powder, and Zarlengo’s Spicy Italian Seasoning. Press the seasoning into the chicken. 4. Dip each piece into the beaten egg. 5. Coat in the spicy panko. 6. Dip back into the egg. 7. Coat in the spicy panko again for maximum crunch. 8. Shake off any excess breadcrumbs. Air Fry * Air fry at 375°F. * Flip halfway through. * Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Finish Sprinkle with flaky salt while they’re still hot and serve immediately. 🔥 Optional: If you live with someone who thinks black pepper is “spicy” (hi, Gabby 😂), use regular seasoned panko instead.
