Save this for a runway ready body✨ After 20 years teaching Pilates, this is one of my favourite ways to train the entire body at once 🤍 The foam roller helps place the pelvis in a neutral position, which is where the deep core can switch on most effectively. When this deep stabilising system is working well, it flatten the stomach and pull the waist in from the inside out, like a natural corset ✨ As the legs move away from the body, the deep core has to work harder to keep the pelvis stable, while the hand weights tone the arms and shoulders for that long, lean Pilates look. The elevated legs also help recruit the inner thighs and lower abdominals while encouraging circulation through the legs.
