I have one of these and the wheels do not allow it to fit into the receptacle. They have to tell you whether or not it is appropriate size. They are a convenient little thing, but they do not fit into the metal receptacle that tells you whether or not it is allowable size.

Received mine last week and I love it perfect for a few days or overnight trips. Fit perfect under my seat or overhead. Love the pull up so I don't have to tote🥰

Flight attendant here. It's so cute but I can tell you for a fact that if you get assigned an aisle seat on a Boeing, that's not going to fit. If it fits in the personal item sizer at the gate, you won't be charged but you will have to put it up in the overhead bin. Probably not a big deal unless you're buying it because you don't want to or can't lift it. Still not a big deal, someone will help you if you ask!
