Xylitol mints helped me big time with cavities last October was the first time i went to my dentist and they found no cavities. I use xylitol mints all time after any meal snack or drink that isn’t water and I floss after every meal or snack as well.

So after seeing your videos i've started taking care of my oral health more, i oil pull , then brush and floss with thick thread, use salt water at the end of this ( long) process and other day seals this 10 steps oral cleaning with mouthwash. then in the morning use xylitol gums after meal chew tgem for 10 min max , then stop eating/ drinking for 2,3 hours, am i doing it right? what else needed, encourage your assistance. thank

Myself & my daughters always get cavities. Dentist told us it’s genetics. 😭 Drs are taught to keep reoccurring patients, not fix the problems. I thank you for not being one of those. What can I do for my daughters?
