just called the hospital I was born at and they said there was a fee & a whole form to fill out to get that information. I had mine verified by my body down to the minute by a skilled kinesiologist a couple years ago.

In NZ I did an information request to the district health board of the hospital I was born in. They got it from my mums records and there was no charge.
