I think you’re misunderstanding the philosophy you’re appealing to. Happiness is not mainly found in niche stimulation, art, or passing experiences. For most rational people, happiness is grounded in agency: identifying goals, building discipline, learning the real structure of their environment, and developing the competence to move through it well.
At that point, happiness is not random. It is the result of order, self-trust, and earned freedom.
