I'm on year 3 of a leg injury that shows up every time I try to run. Similar to shin splints but I think it's muscle tightness and nerve related I've had x-rays nothing's wrong with the bone and I did everything right this time. I'm going into running with exercises run, walk intervals all of the things and it flared up again three months into running currently looking for a physical therapist in my area, but any tips or tricks would be wonderful. I'm a personal trainer myself, but this has gone past the knowledge that I have.

I’m 13 months post-op from Achilles tendon repair. I can hop, do jumping jacks, and I want to progress to high jumps and running. Can this be done?

Phew I had just started running and broke my ankle skating. I’m 5 weeks post op and just can’t freaking wait until I can move again…started PT yesterday so I’m on my way but it’s nice to see these videos
