When my ex went through her worst mental crisis she slipped heavily into a deep depression. She had no motivation or strength for anything. I did the best I could and eventually did this for her. I wrote little post its for her and told he eventually she’ll do her own. She did. Our apartment became filled with them. Unfortunately we didn’t work out but she made her recovery. I kept some of those post its. This year she graduated with her degree and posted about her dream job. I sent her a pic of the notes and told her how proud I was she came along way. Believe me .. you’re friend will one day look back at this and smile ☀️
