@nunnamaryskitchen: Pork & Prawn Wontons with Ponzu Sauce 🥟 Wonton Filling • 200g raw prawns • 200g pork mince • 3 cloves of garlic, minces • 3 green onions, finely sliced • 1 Tbsp Yum Yum Umami Seasoning • 1 Tsp sugar • 1/2 Tsp low light soy sauce • Wonton Wrappers Ponzu Sauce • 2 Tbsp ponzu • 1 Tsp Soy Sauce • As much @UmamiPapi Chilli Oil as your heart desires • Coriander Method 1. Mix all of your wonton filling ingredients together 2. Throw the mixture down a couple of times to make the filling extra springy (thanks to @Chris Joe for the tip) 3. Assemble your wontons by filling with a tsp of filling in tbe middle of the wonton, wet each edge and fold into a triangle sealing each edge so there is no gaps. Wet the long ends of the wonton then wrap and seal to form your dumpling 4. Put wontons in your boiling water and remove once they float to the top (around 2-3 minutes max) 5. Combine your sauce ingredients together, place at the base of your plate, top with your wontons, then top your wontons with more chilli oil, spring onions, sesame seeds and enjoy 🫶🏼 #wontons #dumplings #EasyRecipe
