I went on a calorie deficit. Dropped from 19 to 15 stone. Still drank cans of Coke Zero and irn bru xtra. 2 or 3 a day. Deficit was the winner

I love the zero decaf! 4 years of no alcohol and no caffeine, eating healthy but tast and running for a year now. I feel so much better!

I've been drinking artificially sweetened soda(think Tab) since 1968 in moderation and not one part of me has rotted or gotten cancer or fallen off. I will say that I avoided aspartame and stuck to saccharin as much as possible.

My perspective is that Obesity is worse for my health than a diet drink. But buy a different brand boycott coca cola
