As a phleb for 10 years and counting to all the other phlebs- he labeled everything, you should also know gloves protects us from our patients, not them from us, and other countries do things differently. There’s plenty that wear no gloves at all. His gloves are visibly clean, and while odd he is using sanitizer on them here and there if not after every pt in the video
