Let me share something, exactly 2 years ago, I went to renew my passport, 2 hrs in queue, finished everything by 11 AM. 2 hours later I received message, passport was ready to collect. But I collected next day, as I went back to my room. So, they were already working really fast, it’s not new.

How much did you paid? Cause 2023 maa ma pani passport banauna gako thiye Dang bata. Dang bata process garda 35 days thiyo but i paid 12k and went to passport department and the very next day i got my new passport after doing biometri and everythinh
