If you don’t know how to use a tool properly ask a trainer before you use it. It’s that simple. No tool will teach a dog how to walk besides training the dog. A tool doesn’t teach desired behavior

The prong collar on my GSD works like a charm. She heels perfectly even when she sees a dog, which is a trigger for her. So I’d say this is BS.
