Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 717 Protein 17g Fat 31g Carbs 93g Ingredients👇 320g reduced fat puff pastry roll 80g sage and red onion stuffing I love @Tesco finest 3 chicken sausages I used Richmond   1 leek 1/2 white onion salt and pepper 10g butter egg wash dried tarragon and mixed sesame seeds to top the plait 800g maris piper potatoes thyme sea salt  3tbsp olive oil 150g tendersweet carrots 200g green beans 250ml chicken gravy Slice the leeks and onion, pan fry in butter until soft. Season with salt and pepper.  Peel and slice the potatoes then boil in salted water for around 10 mins with fresh thyme.  Drain the potatoes, leave to cool then shake them to fluff up. Add the potatoes to hot oil and roast for around 45 minutes until crispy and golden. Season with salt.  Add stuffing to a bowl with hot water and mix. Remove the skin from the sausages and mash into the stuffing. Once the leeks and onions have cooled down, mix those into the stuffing.  Roll out the puff pastry and slice into equal parts.  Fold one half over and add equal slits making sure to leave a space between the edges.  Add the stuffing mixture to the middle of the other half of the pastry then flip the sliced half over and press down the edges with a fork.  Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with dried herbs and seeds then bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 180.  Boil the carrots and green beans then serve everything up!
