Ingredients: 600g grated cassava (about 3 cups) 1 cup coconut milk 1 can condensed milk 2 eggs ½ cup grated cheese 2 tbsp melted butter Topping: ½ cup coconut milk ½ cup condensed milk ½ cup grated cheese 40g salted butter Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40–45 minutes. Cover with foil to help keep the cake moist. Once cooked, remove the foil. Pour the topping evenly over the cake.
