How do they know when the people buy them and activate them to be able to take the money before the buyer spends the money or do they risks not being able to spend some and just spend the ones that were activated and not used til later?

They’ve BEEN running this scam not the first time I’ve heard this, notice no business has mass locked up “grift” cards, let it be black Americans and they would of acted like you needed a key, a manager and customer service to purchase one now. Same thing when that yt lady was running that smack and grab operation or those Beverly Hills yt house swat and robbing a that went and go on. Or the Indians that steal as well or the other groups that are here committing crimes. These people are allowed to come here and set up whole bootleg merchandise businesses, Asians been here for years selling bootleg movies making our movie theater tickets go up, boosting from them ports in Chinatown, etc, etc , etc !!!!!!
