i'm thinking of pulling both, or just promeia then the 3.0 anniversary push, i'm mainly torn on billy because i already have Yixuan and Banyue, and if Billy isn't as strong as Yixuan(like around 10% of her power level). Promeia on the other hand i think will be an Ineffa like investment for anyone that plays genshin, i definitely think she will gain a huge power boost once wind comes out.

I mean I know Silly is cool and all but i honestly might be pulling Promeia. If currently most of my fav agents are ice agents then why not just continue it that way? They’re cool after all.

promina and cissia are kinda like yidhari where yidhari was an agent with mixed to negative reception to her design along with hyped/some of the most broken agents at the time (dilyn and lucia, plus close to void hunter patch) Promina and cissia have the same exact problems, people don’t like their designs, their surrounded by S-billy, nongong, and 3.0 patch
