Ingredients: • 2 packages smoked andouille sausage (sliced) • 1–2 shallots, diced • 4 cloves garlic • ½ tsp smoked paprika • ¼ tsp smoked garlic powder (@kinders) • 1 tsp chicken bouillon • Salt to taste • 1 tbsp tomato paste • ⅛ cup sun-dried tomatoes • 1 cup chicken broth • 1 quart heavy cream • 2½ cups parmesan • Pasta + parsley Directions: 1. Sear sausage until caramelized. Remove. 2. Cook shallots + garlic in olive oil. 3. Add spices, tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes. 4. Pour in broth + cream. Simmer. 5. Stir in parmesan until thick. 6. Add sausage + pasta. 7. Finish with parsley. .
