push on the small grey circle on the front of the hole. the filament will slide in a lot easier. it might feel risky but that's what it says in the instructions

Ingredients: 4 Chicken Meatballs Waffle Mix Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Strawberries Broccoli Combine Waffle Mix, Cinnamon, Vanilla or Vanilla Bean Paste & Milk. Add Chicken Meatballs and make sure coated well. Boil Broccoli while cooking. Chop up Strawberries. to serve on the side. #waffles #chickenandwaffles #lunch #toddlerlunchideas #lunchideas
