Living Under Opera House (new) :
I do love the game, but the dev team are just making it hard to love the fandom. I did stop playing for a bit shortly after London came out, but I rejoined right before Moss Ironworks. I am kind of just keeping myself low and not posting about it but still interacting with those who are actually decent and nice people, and playing the game. However I might leave again

I love G&B, but I'm a women who has bypassed the system and can make a women oc, I don't care if they ban me. most people said 'Girls are not in the Napoleonic wars' it's always these misogyny (including the devs) but, I have never met one before in my servers. I only see people who wants to interact with me, I do see them a lot in TikTok saying that 'women is not in the war!' little did they know they are mostly on the support.

THIS. I've been somewhat "out of it" when it comes to the g&b fandom and even like now the game itself, it's why I've became and honest dandys world addict...it gave me a game to play OTHER than g&b, and ever since then guts and blackpowder just hasn't been as fun, and so now I just make outfits about napoleonic uniforms in such rather than it being excplicity associated with guts and blackpowder

I actually don't know how to give an opinion to this because I have loved GNB for so much, knowing that community really have different thoughts with woman. I made Žemyna, a Prussian Jager, because it was a direct reference to a woman named Eleonore Prochaska, a Prussian Freikorps as a Drummer. She's the reason why Žemyna was made. I don't have much to say but it really hurts when woman and stuff gets treated as if its a funny thing to do.

Pretty sure fezezen said that women were in the april fools update is because the zombies are the models from L2D which is a game by fezezen, he stated its not because he thinks women are a joke its because he already had those female zombie models from a previous game.

tysm for speaking up abt this holy shi i feel like the problematic people from the G&B team just dont want to admit their real views/opinions on women so they always use the same excuse of "we will add later" so they dont get shit on. if women didnt exist, then why do they also do reenactment in the napoleonic era? cantiniers and vivnadiwrs existed? camp followers? saying women werent important is just rude. I study history and do reenactment as a woman, so this really hurts from them thank you for speaking up again, i hope our protests get noticed by them in the future but i lowkey doubt that
