The second cheesecake is like a baked basque cheesecake or tarta de queso. Very popular in Spain and not too sweet.

these videos are always a disaster because you are not comparing the same product in each of these establishments. They are all cheesecake but no control ? If there was no strawberry cheesecake in the mid priced one why not get plain cheesecake in all of the establishments or focus on ATLEAST the same type of cheesecake ? 🤦♀️
