it depends ! If you pronounce the s in “plus”, it means you want more, but if you don’t pronounce it then it means you don’t want anymore !

J'en veux plus , more. Je n'en veux plus, no more. Buuuut... we say "j'en veux plusssss" or "jen veux plu". 😁 So easy! 😎
