Birth control can also just be hormone replacement therapy for women. It’s still estrogen and optionally progesterone. Having higher amounts of these often help with skin, mood, and sleep. Thanks for not falling for the propaganda

I was off for two years and just made the decision to go back on! Periods went from 3 days to 8 and my acne was awfulllll. I missed her.

I also went off the pill for a couple of months after being on it for years about two years ago, would not recommend LOL I did not feel myself at all and it caused so many of the same problems for me !!

I also got shamed into stopping and there was not ONE POSITIVE from coming off. Hair fell out, depressed, weight gain, intense pain, vomiting every month month…I’ve never felt LESS in tune with my body! Day one back on and I’m so excited

thank you for speaking on the propaganda to get off the pill!! i have been off the pill for years bc it’s what works for me, but that social movement to get off the pill to be “more womanly” truly scares me

I was on the combined pill from 15-27, came off it because I saw everyone coming off it. 3 years off it and I have suspended endo and my periods are hell. Going back on it but trying a different one!
