@sd141414: 63% of enterprise leaders now require human validation of every AI output. Triple from last year. The market isn't rejecting AI. It's demanding structure around it. The builders who win aren't the ones who automated the most. They're the ones who built the observability systems that make AI decisions defensible. Audit trails. Review surfaces. Real-time checkpoints. That's the new infrastructure layer. Structure is how you scale trust. If you want a framework for thinking through where your systems need this kind of design, the Systems Thinking Quiz on my profile is a good place to start.
I tried that a few weeks ago. It absolutely trashed my codebase.

Ai can not be trusted to do anything important by itself. LLMs will never get us there

agreed!!!!!!!!!!! we need to be deterministic!!!!!!!!!!!!!! use ai as the wild card, use that brainpower for the creative... but just to build scripts, powershells, apps that are immutable. lean into ai... but always human in the middle or it will degrade worse every single time

As it should be. Peer review of code has been around for decades. Why should this be different?

ive said for a good while now that the tech debt is going to be huge after the bubble pops, you still need humans. makes coding much faster, but it hallucinates and still makes dumb decisions

I’ve been super interested in audit ready deployment of AI. The new ISO 42001, combined with many companies’ already existing 27001 or 9001 certifications is going to mandate accountability.

Great info. On that paper, is there a reference to the up 3x from last year (63%)? That is a powerful figure but trying to find it in the kpmg piece or if it’s a separate paper. Thanks!

This has nothing to do with AI. Their environment could never move fast even with humans. Environments that could move fast easily incorporate AI. And no it isn’t being rewarded, won’t ever be. don’t spread that BS lie.
