اولا العضل ممكن يروح شكله بس القوى بتبقى ثانيا انك تقطع الرياضه كلها شي غلط برضو ثالثا اذا تركت الحم حاول اعمل بين كل فتره وفتره احماء خفيف لطيف ومثلا ضغط او عقله او حركات جسديه مو ضروري دامبل وجيم انا بعمل جيم بالبيت وعادي
