There are some really good syndicators and a whole lot of bad syndicators. If Dean is investing in @breakofdaycapital, I would trust they have a good track record. People really need to do their homework before investing with a syndicator. There are a lot of syndicators making their money from associated fees rather than what’s good for their investors.

a bit complicated 😂😂I buy commercial at certain price per unit you cant pay too much cause instead make money you loose money atlest inzcanada inzus taxes are lower property taxes and income taxes
