It takes me a day or so after the boys go back to their dads to flip the switch from mom to me …this transition is hard & it makes me have so much more patience, grace and love for my boys cause they have to make that same switch too, (and probably harder for them TBH!) However, once I make that switch I love the time I get to spend with myself too, I love the time I have without them to love myself properly, from the inside out! I love healing and discovering my authentic self fully, I love finding new foods I like, I love being able to do what I want when I want AAAAND I don’t have to answer to anyone… for the first time in my life! 🤯 I love seeing and feeling the changes I have worked so hard to embody! This journey has truly been the most challenging and heartbreaking experience but also the most life changing and enlightening path I have ever traveled down this far… stay tuned because I will be sharing more about who I am, where I have come from, what I have been through and what I have learned from it all! 💓 #adayinthelife #morningroutine #singlemomlife
