They are 11.1V, not 12V. 12V batteries are lead-acid and can be charged without a BMS.

i did that but the bms seems to power it self off over time, if there's no constant load the bms provides only a tiny current until its connected to a charger for a second

charge them individually first then put the appropriate resistor of the same value across each now each will be charge and discharge by a constant current

yea a 12v adapter can charge 12v battery but 18650 well charge 75-85 % 😂

you can find old bms in old laptop battery, if the battery was ded, just replace the new one☺️
