Manager here! Great job doing a budget friendly recipe! Here are a few key things that will enhance the flavor better when making this! 1, blend The jalapeños, cilantro and lime juice first, then mix the blend with the seasonings. This helps enhance the flavor much better before adding the sour cream. 2, mix it in an ice bowl when adding the sour cream. This helps the sour cream stay at temperature when adding the hot ingredients and prevents it from curdling when it’s in the fridge.

It taste like soap bc some of us are able to taste something not everyone can it’s the stuff the farmers or whoever sprays on the cilantro and other plants to keep bugs away and keep it fresh

The main difference here is just not blending the sour cream, at chipotle it's the cilantro, jalapeños, like juice, blend, mix w the sour cream and season, chill
