You can thank us later 😏 RECIPE: Marinade: - 1 cup buttermilk - ½ tsp salt - ½ tsp black pepper - ½ tsp smoked paprika - ¼ tsp garlic powder - ¼ tsp onion powder - Pinch of cayenne (optional) → Marinate for at least 30 minutes (1–2 hours is best) Crispy Coating (Double Coating for extra crunch): - 2 cups all-purpose flour - ¼ cup cornstarch - ½ tsp smoked paprika - ½ tsp garlic powder - ½ tsp onion powder - ½ tsp salt - ¼ tsp black pepper - Pinch of cayenne (optional) → Coat in flour → dip back in buttermilk → coat again in flour (double coating) → Press flour well for extra crispiness → Let rest 5 minutes before frying Frying: - Oil temp: 175°C / 350°F - Fry 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy - Let rest on rack Sauce: Drizzle generously with Mike’s Hot Honey extra hot after frying.
