@senattuu: The macronutrients are, protein, fat, and carbs. Like I said fiber is a type carbohydrate (the others are sugar and starch). It all comes down to portion control. Women need 25g of fiber per day great sources are raspberries, artichokes, broccoli, chia seeds etc. your other macros it all comes down to what your goal is for measurement’s.
